The top floor apartment has stunning sea views from the light and spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, and leads out onto a private balcony looking south west to Burgh Island.
The kitchen is of a shaker style with granite work surfaces and all necessary appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/tumbler dryer and microwave. The dining area seats up to six including the breakfast bar.
The lounge is newly furnished and offers further views through the picture window. All of your indoor entertainment needs are met with TV, DVD, SKY, and digital music centre.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one twin, and both rooms have large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.
In addition there is a seperate main bathroom with a walk in power shower. Both bathrooms are newly refurbished and are fully tiled, with under floor heating, large towel rails and halogen lighting.
